Just a premise: excellence is full of small details. And so it has structured YOURS, an elegant but casual place with a clear objective: to make guests feel at home.
Formed in the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, I had the opportunity to learn at first-hand from prominent chefs, among others, in international restaurants such as Alain Ducasse in Paris and Georges Blanc in Vonnas, in France, or Joël Robouchon in London and Soelleroed-Kro from Denmark.
David Navarro, born in Santa Coloma de Gramenet. YOURS´s Maitre D’ will always receive you with a big smile and will do everything possible for you to rejoice the most of your experience. He has an extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
Romel Vincent, born in Allacapan Cagayan (Philippines). He is responsible for YOURS serving the best patatas bravas in Barcelona. He has worked closely with Juanjo from the day the restaurant was born. He is the second chef and head cleaner.
Gisela Rovira is responsible for the YOURS’ dessert menu. Formed at the famous Hofmann school, her ice cream creations include Dracula, a GinTonic made from a soft iced gin and lemon foam and the spectacular Chef’s Mojito.
